Cappotelli, along with John Morrison, won a WWE contract by winning Tough Enough III in 2003. Before making it to the main roster, Cappotelli developed brain cancer and could not compete in wrestling thereafter.
On January 4, 2009, Cappotelli's WWE contract expired.
